Inward House employs approximately 100 staff in total, offering a wide variety of life experience as well as professional skills. Some members of staff are ex-service users of Inward House or similar projects, who have spent a minimum of two years working in other fields before joining the organisation. Other members of staff are professionally qualified (management, social work, and nursing). All staff benefit from regular formal supervision and annual appraisal. Training needs are identified on an individual basis through the supervisory process.Inward House has a written equal opportunities policy and endeavors to provide all its services in a non-discriminatory fashion.
