Careers
Inward House Projects employ staff with transferrable professional skills along with life experience. Together this breadth of knowledge and experience translates into successful outcomes being achieved with our clients.
Over the years, Inward House Projects has employed professionally qualified staff from management, social work, nursing, mental health and other backgrounds. However, it prides itself on also being able to provide opportunities to ex-service users of Inward House Projects or similar projects wanting to return and ‘give-back’ to current clients.
All staff benefit from regular supervision and annual Performance Development Reviews/Appraisals. Training Needs are identified on an individual basis and opportunities for development are made available to all staff members, students and volunteers in line with our Equal Opportunities Policy.
