Inward House Projects is proud of its record of success with past and present clients. We measure very favourably against NTA recently reported outcomes.
  • In the Joint Healthcare Commission and NTA Substance Misuse Service Review 2007/8 our Tier 4 Residential Rehabilitation Services have been judged excellent. Inward House scored 80% and we are ranked amongst the top 6% of providers.
The NTA reported that 57% of clients in Residential Rehabilitation Services had access to support to co-ordinate their aftercare needs.*1
  • 100% of Inward House Projects Clients have access to our Resettlement and Aftercare Service.
The NTA reported that 77.1% of clients in Residential Rehabilitation Services had their housing need addressed.
  • On average, 88% of clients completing their programme at Inward House Projects have had their housing needs addressed.
The NTA reported that 68.9% of clients in Residential Rehabilitation Services had their skills and employment training needs addressed.
  • At Inward House Projects 97% of clients admitted to our Tier 4 Residential Rehabilitation Services have accessed external education packages.
The NTA reported that 65.1% of clients in Residential Rehabilitation Services had their employment needs addressed.
  • Over the last few years 99% of clients leaving Inward House Projects have secured employment.
Our client completion rate also measures favourably against the average for the North West, as reported by other providers in the residential directory*2. The average for discharges before completion of programmes in Residential Rehabilitation Services across the North West is 40%.
  • The average for unplanned discharges before the completion of a programme at Inward House Projects is 37%, so below the regional average.
